About the Journal

Lumora Saudi Journal of Media, Communication and Digital Culture (LSJMCDC) is a Saudi, quarterly, double-anonymized peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal. Its first publication year is 2025. Media and communication theory, journalism, strategic communication, public relations, advertising, broadcasting, film and screen studies, social media, platform cultures, digital publics, audience research, media industries, visual communication, misinformation, media ethics and communication policy, with particular attention to Saudi and Arabic-language contexts. Arabic linguistic or literary analysis belongs in the Arabic language journal, general cultural interpretation in the cultural and humanistic studies journal, and technical computing-system design in the computing systems journal.

The journal publishes original research, systematic and scoping reviews, theoretical and conceptual studies, methods papers, protocols, data and resource reports, and research notes that make a clear contribution within its scope.
