Lumora Saudi Journal of Law, Regulation and Justice (LSJLRJ) is a Saudi, quarterly, double-anonymized peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal. Its first publication year is 2025. Saudi public and private law, legislation, regulation, judicial practice, legal institutions, constitutional and administrative law, commercial and corporate law, labor law, criminal justice, dispute resolution, technology law, environmental law, international law and comparative legal studies. Submissions must distinguish enacted law, authoritative interpretation and scholarly argument. Islamic jurisprudence as a doctrinal field belongs in the Islamic scholarship journal, policy implementation in the government transformation journal, and business management without a substantive legal contribution in the enterprise journal.
The journal publishes original research, systematic and scoping reviews, theoretical and conceptual studies, methods papers, protocols, data and resource reports, and research notes that make a clear contribution within its scope.
