About the Journal
Lumora Journal of Orthopedics, Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation (LJOSMR) is a Saudi, quarterly, double-anonymized peer-reviewed, open-access journal. Its first publication year is 2025. Orthopedic trauma, arthroplasty, spine, hand, foot and ankle, pediatric orthopedics, sports injuries and musculoskeletal medicine. The journal covers rehabilitation, physical medicine, physiotherapy, biomechanics, prosthetics and orthotics, regenerative interventions, pain, return to sport, functional outcomes, injury prevention and multidisciplinary recovery pathways.
The journal publishes original research, systematic and scoping reviews, evidence syntheses, methods papers, protocols, brief reports, and clinically instructive reports that make a clear contribution within this scope. Published by Lumora in partnership with AHSS, it applies transparent editorial policies, responsible artificial-intelligence guidance, clear licensing, and international reporting and publication-ethics standards.
