Health economics, outcomes research, financing, insurance, reimbursement, value assessment, economic evaluation, priority setting and resource allocation; healthcare business, entrepreneurship, innovation, operations, strategy, leadership, governance and workforce management. The journal prioritizes rigorous analyses of cost, access, quality, productivity, equity, market design, procurement, payment models, organizational performance and sustainable management of health systems and healthcare enterprises.
