About the Journal
Lumora Journal of Clinical Research and Trials (LJCRT) is a Saudi, quarterly, double-anonymized peer-reviewed, open-access journal. Its first publication year is 2025. Design, conduct, oversight and reporting of interventional and observational clinical research, including randomized, pragmatic, adaptive, platform, device, behavioral and early-phase trials; trial protocols and results, feasibility, recruitment, retention, monitoring, data management, safety, pharmacovigilance, patient-reported outcomes, registry-based studies and implementation. The journal prioritizes ethically approved work with transparent registration, prespecified outcomes, appropriate reporting and clear interpretation; purely methodological contributions belong in the companion methodology and biostatistics journal.
The journal publishes original research, systematic and scoping reviews, evidence syntheses, methods papers, protocols, brief reports, and clinically instructive reports that make a clear contribution within this scope. Published by Lumora in partnership with AHSS, it applies transparent editorial policies, responsible artificial-intelligence guidance, clear licensing, and international reporting and publication-ethics standards.
