Author Guidelines

This journal accepts manuscripts through its secure submission workflow. Manuscripts must fit the journal’s aims and scope, be original and not published or under review elsewhere, and be approved for submission by every author.

Submit an anonymized manuscript for double-anonymous review, a separate title page, a structured abstract, keywords, verified references, and clearly labelled tables and figures. Disclose funding, competing interests, ethics approval, informed consent, data availability, and use of artificial-intelligence tools whenever applicable.

Review the Author Guidelines and Publication Ethics before starting a submission.

Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. The manuscript fits this journal’s scope and author guidelines.
  2. The work is original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
  3. All authors approve the submission and author order.
  4. Identifying information has been removed from the manuscript used for double-anonymous review.
  5. References, tables, figures, and required permissions have been checked.
  6. Applicable ethics, funding, competing-interest, data, and artificial-intelligence disclosures are included.
